Santa Cruz Warriors Announce 2023-24 Coaching Staff

SANTA CRUZ, CA – The Santa Cruz Warriors have announced the coaching staff under Head Coach Nicholas Kerr for the 2023-24 NBA G League season. Brandon Rosenthal and Noel Hightower will serve as assistant coaches, while Bracey Wright has been named assistant coach/player development. 

Kerr is entering his first season as head coach after spending the previous two seasons as an assistant coach with Santa Cruz. He spent three years with Golden State as a video coordinator and player development coach after previously working for the San Antonio Spurs as a quality assurance assistant.

Rosenthal joins the Warriors after spending four seasons with Arizona State University as an assistant coach. Prior to Arizona State, Rosenthal spent three seasons in the Phoenix Suns organization. In his first season with the Suns, Rosenthal was an assistant coach for the former G League affiliate of the Suns, the Northern Arizona Suns.

Hightower is entering his second season with Santa Cruz after spending a season with the Indiana Pacers as a player development coach. Hightower previously spent five years as an assistant coach at Lehigh University.

Wright joins the Warriors as an assistant coach/player development after most recently serving as a coach with Warriors Basketball Academy. Wright was selected by the Minnesota Timberwolves with the 47^th overall pick in the 2005 NBA Draft following his junior season at Indiana University. He spent two seasons with the Timberwolves before playing internationally for more than a decade.
