The Santa Cruz Warriors (8-9) defeated the Windy City Bulls (7-10), 112-98, Saturday night at NOW Arena to complete a 2-1 road trip in the Midwest.

Golden State Warriors two-way forward Anthony Lamb contributed 23 points, nine rebounds and three assists in his Santa Cruz debut, while Golden State assignment player Patrick Baldwin Jr. also contributed 23 points, nine rebounds and three assists. Forward Gui Santos scored 17 points on 6-of-8 shooting, while guard Dusty Hannahs added 16 points and four assists. Santa Cruz shot 47 percent from the field while limiting Windy City to 37 percent shooting and outrebounded the Bulls 50-35, claiming a 30-15 rebounding edge in the second half.

Windy City was led by Chicago Bulls two-way guard Carlik Jones, who finished with 27 points, six rebounds and eight assists. Forward Henri Drell followed with 22 points and center Marko Simonovic added 19 points and nine rebounds.

The Sea Dubs built a seven-point lead early in the first quarter before the Bulls finished the opening frame on a strong note, getting an Ethan Thompson three-point play to take a 33-28 lead heading into the second quarter. Windy City led much of the second quarter, but back-to-back threes from guard Jordan Schakel gave Santa Cruz a 57-53 halftime lead.

A defensive-minded third quarter was capped by an Anthony Lamb buzzer-beater, hitting a running shot from 19 feet to put Santa Cruz in front 80-77 heading into the fourth quarter. After Windy City tied the game multiple times early in the fourth, Santa Cruz pulled away midway through the frame, building a lead as large as 15 points before claiming the 112-98 win.
